Welcome to BEEWIST. By accessing or using our software as a service (SaaS) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern BEEWIST's relationship with you in relation to this platform.

1. Terms

By accessing this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 4. Limitations

In no event shall BEEWIST or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BEEWIST's platform, even if BEEWIST or a BEEWIST authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
